After a Degree in English and Spanish applicated to law and economics validated in Spain, I integrated the International Institute of Perfumes and Cosmetics in Versailles and became Make up artist and field trainer for Guerlain. Few years later, I became international trainer and then training manager for COTY's American fragrance houses.

 

In parallel, I gave public speaking courses at ISIPCA. In 2009, I was appointed Head of Education for Maison Moët & Chandon and started to write a play with my best friend. During 5 years, I developed artistic projects and played in several theaters in Paris. I founded the LVMH Education Committee headed now by the Learning and Development department of the Group.

 

I became International Education Director for Moët Hennessy Champagnes & Wines and after several years at this position, I decided to study coaching and NLP techniques and to share my knowledge, passion and artistic sensitivity. I launched SKEALS Consulting in 2020 and since then I propose creative learning, coaching and communication solutions with a tailor-made approach.
